I fully recommend Marlene Woodruff, without reservation, as a realtor. My older farm house was not in big demand. After working with numerous realtors, even listing and dealing direct with a broker, I was unable to sell my home. Prior to Marlene, the house was on the market for over 4 years. Not one realtor suggested the creative approaches Marlene suggested. Advertising was very limited by the previous realtors, but Marlene advertised my home in more venues than I knew were possible.
She was able to give much insight and was always patient and flexible, understanding our needs and anticipating them at every step of the process. I only have one regret... that I didn't approach her the very first time I tried to sell my home. She no doubt would have been successful at that time.
